Your responsibilities
- Handling new leads - contact, presentations, offers and negotiations with potential clients
- Cooperation with the management board and team leaders with respect to resource planning in projects
- Close cooperation with the marketing specialist in developing strategies and processes, lead generation leading to the creation of a predictable sales funnel
- Coordination of the cooperation process with the client - contract negotiations, cooperation with the legal department in preparing contracts for clients, renegotiating rates
- Investigating client needs by discovering key areas for support
- Solving problems related to billing, invoices, client support and technical issues
- Monitoring project profitability and project budgets
