Requirements description
- You have at least 3 years of experience working on IT projects (preferably using agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, or maybe your own invention?).
- E-commerce isn’t black magic to you – you know the difference between checkout and check-in, and big shopping carts don’t scare you. And if you don’t have an experience in e-commerce yet, you have the courage and eagerness to learn.
- English? Absolutely! You can chat with clients from the other side of the world.
- You have organizational superpowers – you manage people, tasks, and deadlines, and no backlog is too daunting for you.
Your responsibilities
- Talk to clients, gather requirements, and explain why “it can’t be done yesterday.”
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and designers – sometimes explaining, sometimes motivating, sometimes just making them laugh.
- Make sure projects end with a happy ending (or at least without drama)
- Be a gatekeeper for the assigned projects budgets to ensure the required level of profitability.
