How does the recruitment process look like in Hatimeria?

We read every single resume very closely! Yes, we read everything, even with the “interests” section included.

After the resume selection, it is high time for an interview. Our recruiter will contact you to set an appointment. We may have a phone call, set a meeting slot on google meet, or even meet f2f in our office (of course, with the entire safety rules)

An interview with our recruiter is the first recruitment stage. We go over your experience, projects, passions. Also, we tell you about our business environment and our daily routines in Hatimeria.We also verify the knowledge of your English skills during this stage.

If we succeeded in the first stage, it would then be the moment for the technical interview stage. At that stage, our CTO will ask you about all the technical matters you need to know to start working with us.

Technical check passed? Ok then! It will be the moment to decide on our cooperation! If all our expectations meet at one point - then- welcome to Hatimeria!

Do you work with foreign clients? What level of English is needed?

Communication with foreign clients takes place every day. That is why your English-speaking-level must not be lower than B2. Moreover, you should certainly feel comfortable about reading the project documentation.

Do you work remotely?

When Covid-19 went viral, the vast majority of the team worked remotely. In the case of a new candidate on board, it absolutely will be necessary to be onboarding in the office for at least two weeks, and then, it all goes based on your preferences - for the partial remote work.

What does working in projects look-like?

We have three developers teams and one QA team. Depending on the project, the responsibilities require 1 to 5 people (front dev, backend dev, and QA). We work with Agile, also, we use Scrum, kanban boards, and standups with the client.

What tools do you use at work?

Generally, We communicate on Slack, internally, and with clients.

We value the exchange of knowledge and the open dialogues on teams meeting, and this is which the channels on Slack make it easier for us. We use Jira in projects, and we use Github to hold the code, AWS for hosting, and Confluence for documentation. We create automatic night-time tests and performance tests with We compare the test/research progress with Google Analytics and the new Relic.

We develop eCommerce projects for premium customers. We use innovative solutions - PWA, headless, react, serverless, lambda.
